Face To Face
GROUP EXHIBITION including SAPHAN
A portrait reveals more than the likeness of the subject. It also tells us something about the artist who made it, the artist’s material and style, the relationship between artist and subject, and much more. This exhibition examines how 17 contemporary artists approach portraiture – whether friend, stranger, loved one or self – exploring nuances of face, figure, and personality in a variety of styles and approaches.
